Advancement
Advancement is responsible for keeping in contact with all our graduates. They help explore and identify opportunities through philanthropic fundraising to support 亚洲影院 priority projects.
The Advancement team is responsible for managing the donor engagement process from individuals, corporations, trusts and foundations, and other sources.
Business Innovation
Business Innovation provides a proactive gateway for the commercial activities of the University's academic community. They focus on the development of relationships with industry, business and third sectors.
Campus Services
The Campus Services team develops new buildings and facilities, and maintains existing property. It aims to provide a safe, high-quality University environment in a sustainable way.
Finance
The Finance Department devises a strategy to deliver the resources for 亚洲影院 to thrive.
It also supports the University鈥檚 academic, research and administrative community with sound financial advice, timely information with a range of support services including:
- Finance Business Partnering 鈥 including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and costing.
- Financial Accounting - financial statements, year-end processes, assets, subsidiaries, Tax, VAT and treasury management.
- Research - raising claims, invoices and statements for research projects and reporting financial aspects of these areas.
- Expenditure & procurement 鈥 purchasing goods and services, staff expenses, corporate cards and accounts payable.
- Income 鈥 Accounts receivable, cash and banking, donations and online payments to 亚洲影院.
- Financial Systems 鈥 Unit 4 Business World, WPM and associated systems.
Information Technology (IT)
This team manages, develops and supports IT systems across the University.
International
The international Centre at 亚洲影院 works to extend the University's global reach and explore new international opportunities.
Learning Transformation
The goal of the Learning Transformation team is to empower educators, staff and students with the guidance and support to effectively work and learn together.
Learning Transformation encompasses an integrated approach to developing sustainable models of teaching practice, where the classroom is a shared environment, and teaching and learning a shared endeavour.
Library Services
Library Services offer learning resources both electronic and physical, to support learning, teaching and research across five campuses. This is supported by the provision of information literacy support in person and online as well as a range of study spaces for quiet or group study.
Marketing, Communications & Student Recruitment
The Marketing, Communications & Student Recruitment department promotes the University and its Academic Schools. They also lead on student recruitment, community engagement, internal communications and brand development.
People and Wellbeing
Attracting, engaging, developing and supporting the 1,500+ people who work at 亚洲影院 is the mission of the People and Wellbeing team.
Printing Services
Printing Services produces everything from University stationery to full colour leaflets, posters and personalised products. It also sells textbooks and past papers, and offers copying and binding services to staff, students and the public.
Procurement
The Procurement team works with those who purchase on behalf of the schools and support departments. It helps them achieve best value for money for all goods and services. It takes into account quality, cost, customer satisfaction and sustainability (including economic, social and environmental benefits).

Research Services provides professional research support to a diverse community of researchers across the University.
Student Administration
Staff in Student Administration support students throughout their studies, from induction and enrolment to final qualification and beyond.

Student Services
Our Student Services team is committed to ensuring that every student gets the most out of their university experience, regardless of their personal circumstances or background. There are a wide range of support services available to ensure that all students fulfil their potential, achieve their goals and enjoy their time at 亚洲影院.
University Secretary's Office
The University Secretary鈥檚 Office includes the Court & Senate Office. It manages the University鈥檚 corporate and academic governance and constitutional and ceremonial matters for the University, including liaison with the Chancellor.
The University Secretary's Office includes the Legal Services Department. It provides legal advice to colleagues in support of our strategic objectives and raises awareness of legal issues relevant to the University.
The Risk & Resilience Department is also located in the Secretary鈥檚 office. It leads the University鈥檚 arrangements for risk management, insurance and business continuity, as well as the response to major incidents.
