Your Right to Study Documentation听
The University is required by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to conduct a right to study check on every student who is not a British, Irish, Channel Islands or Isle of Man national.
This is to demonstrate that they have the right to study in the UK and at the 亚洲影院.
The University must keep a copy of these documents and check regularly for any updates to students鈥 immigration status.
The Registry Department is responsible for collection and maintenance of these records.听
PROVIDING YOUR DOCUMENTS
We鈥痺ill鈥痑sk you to provide your right to study documents during our E Visa & UK Arrival Registration.鈥疶his will鈥痟appen at the start of each term.
You will receive an email from鈥UKVI.Checkpoints@uws.ac.uk鈥痑sking you to complete a short online form.
Failure to complete our E Visa & UK Arrival Registration means you will be in breach of UKVI regulations. Our office reports students鈥痠n breach of regulations鈥痶o their鈥痳espective鈥疭chools, which then鈥痶ake steps to withdraw your right to study in the UK.
Maintaining鈥痽our鈥痵tudent record鈥痑lso ensures鈥痽ou can apply for a Graduate Route visa when the time comes.鈥
New students and continuing students have different E-Visa Registration鈥痳equirements.鈥疭ee鈥痓elow for more information.鈥
