When is results day?

• Students in Scotland get their SQA results on Tuesday 4 August 2026
• A-levels results come out on Thursday 13 August 2026
• International Baccalaureate results day is Monday 6 July 2026

Should you send us your results? Here鈥檚 what to check.

You don鈥檛 need to send us your results if you live in Scotland, England, Northern Island or Wales. We receive them directly from the awarding body.

Please send us your results if you鈥檙e studying a different qualification such as an HNC/HND or are an EU/International student. You should email a clear, high-quality copy along with a short covering note that includes your name and personal ID to: undergraduate@uws.ac.uk. Just a heads-up: we can鈥檛 accept screenshots or downloads鈥攎ake sure it鈥檚 an official copy of your results.

Check UCAS Track

Once your exam results are in, UCAS Track is the place to check your offer status.

Met your conditions? Great news! We鈥檒l confirm your place with UCAS, and they鈥檒l update your offer status. 

Didn鈥檛 quite meet the conditions? Don鈥檛 worry鈥擴CAS will let you know if you are able to apply through clearing and pass your results to your insurance choice, who鈥檒l take it from there.

I've met the conditions of my offer

Congratulations on securing your place at 亚洲影院, we鈥檙e so excited to welcome you to campus!

We鈥檒l be sending you your Final Certificate of Acceptance soon- it confirms your place and includes everything you need to know about registering as a student.

I've not met the conditions of my offer

If things didn鈥檛 go to plan, don鈥檛 worry鈥擟learing might be the perfect opportunity. We may still have spaces available on some of our courses.

1. Check our Clearing pages to see which courses are available.
2. Have your UCAS Clearing number ready鈥攜ou鈥檒l need it when you call.
3. Call us on 0800 027 1000 - please phone rather than email so we can help you faster.

Receiving a Clearing offer

You may receive a verbal offer over the phone when you call us. 

You now have your place at University! You can accept this offer from your UCAS account after 5pm on Results Day.
