Glasgow International Airport
From听Glasgow听International Airport,听the听easiest way to travel to Dumfries Campus is to听take a bus to听Glasgow Central train station and then a train to Dumfries train station.听The听Trainline听website provides information about train times and fares.听
Once you have arrived at Dumfries you can take a taxi directly to your accommodation. Taxis are available from the front of the station and can also be called from the station.听听听
If your plane听arrives into Glasgow International Airport after the last bus to Glasgow Central train station and onwards to Dumfries, you will need to take a taxi to Dumfries. Taxis are readily available at the airport. Airport staff can assist you if required.听
Glasgow Prestwick Airport
From听Glasgow Prestwick Airport,听take a train to Glasgow Central train station. All passengers receive discounted rail tickets on proof of air travel (e.g. flight itinerary or boarding pass). The train journey takes around 50 minutes.
